The companies hope the combined solution will aid enterprises in industries looking to implement online services by addressing requirements of cross-industry process management. HP's Changengine enables automation and management of business processes across applications and organizations, within and beyond the enterprise.

The NEONimpact is a noninvasive integration server that streamlines the flow of data between applications and ensures that applications operate with current data and business rules. The data sources and destinations include existing applications, files, databases, objects, hardcopy output, and Web clients.
