London - Meeting Maker, Inc., a leader in critical time and resource scheduling solutions, announced today that it has acquired U.K.-based PeopleCube, a provider of advanced on-demand Business Process Management (BPM) applications. Meeting Maker, Inc., whose management team remains in place, has been renamed PeopleCube (TM) to reflect its expanded focus.
PeopleCube's solutions optimise people, processes and schedules - enabling organisations to proactively manage their businesses, reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve productivity. The acquisition positions the new PeopleCube as a leader in Human Process Management (HPM), the next generation of BPM. This emerging trend leverages technology to integrate and manage the human role in business processes.
This acquisition represents the fourth for the company in two years. Maintaining its corporate headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA, PeopleCube will continue to operate existing offices in the U.K. All PeopleCube employees will remain with the new company.
